  4. MIR finishes off with MP3-files without ID3Tags and filenames like "track_01".
  5. Beside the work with single files MIR is especially designed to modificate a lot of files and complete directory-structures.

  7. MIR extracts information from existing ID3Tags to modify filenames and to generate and reorganize directory-structures of userdefinable sizes.

  9. If a filename contains correct information but the file has no ID3Tag, then you're able with MIR to generate simply an ID3Tag based on the filename.
  10. Even if there are strange characters are stored in filenames, you're able to remove or change them quickly using drag&drop or scripts.
  11. Furthermore it is possible to generate, to change or to delete manually ID3Tags for one or more files.
